Constitution book.
Dear IOS
Members,
The white
constitution book which has been posted to you will come into effect after the
AGM approves and ratifies it in Khajuraho and the constitution book circulated
at Mangalore will be the constitution book followed till then. This is as per the
decision taken by the EC
of IOS on 14 -08-2011.
