“ OsGOD –IBO” program on 3rd  July 2011

The  much awaited ,OsGOD-IBO scientific bonanza  was showcased on 3rd July at India habitat centre. The show got blockbuster  opening  getting record number of bookings of over 120 delegates (only IOS members) who came from as far as Punjab , Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

The show-Gateway to Exellence-IBO Stalwarts was a big success with a lot of members showing great interest in the meeting.
Tie up between OsGOD and IBO  was unique in more than one ways,it was first time an study group had collaborated with IBO.Probably first time a study group had such PAN INIA gathering.

OsGOD’S endeavour for excellence was kickstarted by a soulful redention of Saraswati vandana by students of santosh dental college which set the mood. Dr Ahuja in his presidential address spoke about the importance of study activities and requested all the members to aim for excellence and go for IBO. Our keynote speaker for the evening Dr Vinod Verma (Secretary, IBO) took us back in time on a enchanting journey of “HISTORY OF IBO”. Dr Gautam Munjal took over the dais and effortlessly solved the dilemma faced by many “WHY BE A DIPLOMATE OF IBO”. Enthralling the audience with her indepth knowledge and perfect presentation on “CURRENT PERSPECTIVES IN DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT PLANNING” Dr Sridevi shined bright on dais. Dr M.S.Sidhu encouraged   everyone by delivering a exceptionally motivating lecture on IBO and PG Training-Raising the Bar.Dr Sadashiv Shetty (Chairman,IBO) was kind enough to enlighten us on intricacies of “HOW’S AND WHY’S OF TREATMENT PLANNING in the most simple way. He left the audience wanting for more .OsGOD wishes to communicate and request him through this report to kindly visit the city and enlighten our members “ONCE MORE” Dr C.S.Ramachandra took over the mantle and” simplified” the process “HOW TO MANAGE COMPLEX MALOCCLUSIONS” . Finishing and Detailing” one of the most imp and most neglected aspect in treating patients was covered in detail by Dr Sable(Vice chairman IBO)  .His charismatic presentation was well appreciated. The program was overall a big success.
