As the first specialty society in India, the Indian Orthodontic Society, since its inception in the year 1965, 5th October as come a long way and to date boasts of thousand plus members, close knit, well focused and well equipped association which is at on par with any of their international counter parts. |

IOS started its own library and a first museum of its kind in India. Presently the museum is in Bapuji Dental College & Hospital, Davangere. The Space for the same and Furnishings Has Been Provided by BEA free of cost |
