Dear members of the IOS,

In view of the 55^th AGM and elections being conducted online, I request you to make note of the following changes in conventional voting protocols. This is to ensure maximal participation and a seamless voting experience.

1.Founder members and life members in good standing upto LM    number 4711 will be eligible to vote .

2.Kindly update your correct contact details on www.iosweb.net    especially your email id.

3.This is to receive the registration link for elections. Registration for    elections is MANDATORY in order to receive the voting link.

4.The registration link would be sent to your email ID (KINDLY ADD    [email protected] to your contacts to avoid the email going to     spam).

5.Please note that updating your details on IOS website is NOT    registration.

6.The registration form for IOS elections 2021 would also be made    available on the IOS website and IOS FB.

7.Registration would start on 10^th September and would complete on    20th September by 5 pm . Registration after the deadline will not be    entertained.*

8.A confirmation email from IOS headoffice would be sent to all verified    voters.

9.Voters who successfully registered and participated in the trial    election would be considered registered for the final elections.

10.The voting link from [email protected] would be sent to    registered voters 24-48 hours before the election.Please add this      email id to your contacts to avoid the link going to spam.

11.However polling would start only on 25^th September 2021 after the     AGM declares the polling open.

12.Polling would continue till 6 pm on 25^th September 2021.

13.An Election Commission appointed will oversee the election    process with the help of the Head office to ensure a transparent and     fair election.
